Back in the 70`s the brewery put a brand new steam oven in the catering kitchen
for me in the pub we had then
I had never seen one before so it was all new to me.
I found it wonderful for things like steak and kidney puddings and sponge puddings
but I don`t think I would use one in a private kitchen as there would be no need
unless they are a lot smaller now than then
